Lee Cirsch is a senior counsel with Capstone Law. Lee represents plaintiffs in consumer class actions and mass tort actions involving the pharmaceutical, medical device, and other industries. He has successfully vindicated the rights of thousands of aggrieved consumers nationwide that have suffered pecuniary losses and other deprivations of rights from corporate unfair business practices, or that have been injured by defective pharmaceutical drugs, medical devices, and other harmful products.

Before joining Capstone, Lee was an attorney with the Lanier Law Firm where he was a key member of firm founder Mark Lanier’s trial team that successfully achieved, among other results, jury verdicts of over $9 billion in Allen, et al. v. Takeda Pharmaceuticals North America, Inc., et al. (MDL No. 2299, W.D. La.) and over $500 million in Aoki, et al. v. DePuy Orthopaedics, Inc., et al. (MDL No. 2244, N.D. Tex.). Prior to the Lanier Law Firm, Lee was an associate with the international law firm of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP. Lee obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1998. He earned his law degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 2003, where he was a member of the St. Thomas Moore Law Honor Society and the Scott Moot Court Honors Board.

Lee is admitted to practice law in California and Texas and before the United States District Court for the Northern, Eastern, Central, and Southern Districts of California. He is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC), the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA), and the American Association for Justice (AAJ). Lee has been a featured speaker at mass tort litigation seminars, has published articles in The Los Angeles Daily Journal, and has been selected as one of Southern California‚Äôs “Super Lawyers” in the category of Class Action & Mass Torts each year from 2014 through 2017, and was a “Rising Star” in that category in 2013. He was also named by the National Trial Lawyers organization as one of the “Top 40 Under 40″ litigation attorneys for the state of California in both 2012 and 2013.
