Ana Lupascu is an Associate at Capstone Law and a dedicated employment litigator who advocates for employees in wage-and-hour and PAGA matters. She has experience handling class actions, representative actions under PAGA, and individual employment disputes. In addition, Ana gained in-house experience supporting audits, contract review, corporate matters, and compliance related issues, including advising clients on compliance with federal and California labor regulations, workplace policies, and employee relations. Her diverse background provides her with valuable insight into internal business operations and corporate decision making. Ana earned her Master of Laws degree from Golden Gate University School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in California and before the United States District Court for the Central District of California
