Richard J. Hogan

Richard J. Hogan is an associate with Capstone Law. Richard represents employees and consumers in complex litigation, primarily wage-and-hour class actions and PAGA representative actions. Richard focuses on matters proceeding to trial, arbitration, and mediation.

Over the course of his career, Richard has argued over 40 combined jury and bench trials in the criminal, family, and general civil law arenas. Prior to joining Capstone, Richard advocated for clients in a wide range of cases including complex product liability, professional negligence, and homicide. Richard graduated from University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where he was an editor on the Hastings Business Law Journal.

Richard is admitted to practice law in California and before the United States District Court for the Eastern and Central Districts of California. In addition to his legal work, Richard is passionate about travel, having spent considerable time in South & Central America, Asia, and Europe. During his travels, Richard became proficient in the Spanish language. When in the States, Richard enjoys watching NFL Football.
