Upon verification of your request, including the provision of proof of your identity as required by the CCPA and as set forth in our Privacy Notice for Residents of California, we will provide the information. If we cannot successfully verify your identity, or if the information would be too sensitive to disclose, we may be unable to provide the Personal Information to you. You may submit up to two Requests to Know per year.
