Afife Bicakci

Afife Bicakci is an associate at Capstone Law. Her practice focuses on prosecuting wage-and-hour class actions and representative actions under the Private Attorneys General Act (“PAGA”) on behalf of employees. Before joining Capstone, she also represented employees in actions brought under the Fair Employment and Housing Act (“FEHA”) involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims. Earlier in her career, in Turkey, she litigated employment disputes from the defense side. Afife earned her Bachelor of Laws (J.D. equivalent) from Baskent University in Ankara, Turkey, and her LL.M. from Lincoln Law School of San Jose. She is admitted to practice law in California and Turkey. Afife is fluent in Turkish.
